Maurice Manning
CEO

Maurice Manning has had a vision for the last 18 years of creating a business that  would serve everybody in the same.

In 18 years he has worked in demanding environments that always consisted of complex solutions and problems, that required thinking outside the box.

He has worked for some of the best known names in the country and spent the last 7 years, working for the Neverfail Group.

His 7 year tenure with Neverfail began in 1999 while Neverfail Group was a Disaster recovery consultancy and engineering business, providing Disaster recovery engineering to leading financial intuitions and one behalf of IBM Business recovery services.

During the transition of the Neverfail Group from a Disaster recovery company to  High availability solutions company, Manning played a key role in constructing the service offering called "Neverfail Server".

This service was soon to be turned into Software offering which started the evolution of the cutting edged high availability solution called "Neverfail Heartbeat".

Manning continued with Neverfail and there growing global presence helping to provide inspiration to product line and co workers. He moved to the USA for a year to help reform the support engineering division, from which he has returned.

Prior to joining the Neverfail group Manning was the "Networks and Telecommunications project manager" at Avery Dennison Labels UK.
